G-FLOW Return and Exchange Policy

No Returns

G-FLOW does not accept product returns under any circumstance. All sales are considered final.

Exchanges

The only exception to our no returns policy is in the event of a faulty flow meter. In such cases, we offer an exchange option.

If you find that the flow meter is not functioning correctly upon receiving it, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. The faulty item will need to be shipped back to us for assessment. Once we confirm that the product is indeed defective, we will dispatch a replacement flow meter to you.

Please note that we will not dispatch the replacement product until we have received and examined the defective one.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. The cost of shipping the replacement flow meter will also be borne by the customer.

Exchange Process

To initiate the exchange process, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team at our designated email address or phone number, providing detailed information about the fault.

b. Upon receiving the instructions from our customer service team, carefully package the defective product and ship it back to us at the provided return address.

c. Once we have received and assessed the defective flow meter, we will notify you and arrange for a replacement to be dispatched.

Terms and Conditions

G-FLOW reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product returned does not meet our exchange policy requirements.

Please note that our exchange policy applies only to products purchased directly from our Shopify store. For products purchased through other channels, please refer to their respective return and refund policies.
