- Shipping Locations
G-FLOW ships to addresses within the United States and internationally, mainly focusing on customers in the United States and Latin America. Please note that restrictions may apply to some remote or rural locations.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs will vary based on the location of delivery and the size and weight of your order.
- Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 10 days from Spain, which includes up to 3 days for product manufacturing and around 7 days for transit. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially for international orders, and be aware that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track the progress of your order through our website.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, G-FLOW is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages
G-FLOW is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Exchange Shipping
In the case of exchanges due to defective products, customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning the defective product as well as shipping costs for the replacement product, as detailed in our Return and Exchange Policy.
