The CE2000P is a small PLC used to control the batch dosing process of liquids.

Among its main advantages we can highlight:

• Long lifespan. Despite being an electronic device, its robustness is demonstrated by the existence of devices that have been operating for more than 25 years.
• Replacement Parts. There are some components of the equipment, such as the keyboard, which wear out over time and can be replaced, thereby extending the life of the equipment.
• Large front size. It has a size of 90 x 90 mm or  3.54 inches x 3.54 inches, larger than most of the equipment on the market.
• Ease of use. The equipment has been developed to facilitate its operation. It has large keys for easy handling and non-essential functions for liquid dosing tasks have been eliminated.
• Dosing Tail. It can calculate the dosing tail for a more precise operation. The CE2000-P doser has a relay output that activates a few liters (configurable) before the dosing ends. It can be used to decrease the flow rate at the end of the process for more accurate dosing.
• Panel-mountable. This device is placed on the door of an electrical cabinet or a process control panel.
• Power supply. It is powered at 220 VAC, although it can be supplied, on request, at 24 VDC. Ticket Printing. It has an option for printing supply tickets.
• ATEX protection. It has a protection option for areas with ATEX risk.
